Flight Outlier support
Get product help
Support is available by email for authorized private pre-release testers and people trying to understand or request access to the service.
1. What we can help with
- sign-in, invite, account, session, watchlist, saved-flight, points, or preference issues;
- a Flight Outlier page that does not load, display, or behave as expected;
- questions about a fare label, verification status, date, route, points value, or source timestamp;
- accessibility barriers and requests for an alternative format;
- privacy requests, including access, export, correction, conversation-history deletion, or account deletion; and
- questions about the current $0 private test, the legal documents, or a disclosed affiliate link.
2. Send a useful request
Email [email protected] with the subject “Flight Outlier support.” If possible, include:
- the page address or feature name;
- what you expected and what happened instead;
- the app version shown in Account, plus your browser, device, and operating system;
- the approximate date and time of the issue; and
- a screenshot with personal, payment, and travel-account information removed.
Never send a password, one-time sign-in code, full payment-card number, passport or government ID, loyalty-program login, or API key. Flight Outlier will never ask you to disclose a password or sign-in code by email.
3. Account and privacy requests
Signed-in members can open Account and choose Privacy & Data to export account data, review their policy receipt, revoke other sessions, manage communication preferences, or submit a verified account-deletion request. The public Delete account page explains that process and the email fallback. To request deletion of conversation history or make another privacy request, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request.”
4. Travel-provider purchases and urgent travel
Flight Outlier does not issue tickets, control an airline or loyalty account, alter a booking, process a travel-provider refund, or operate third-party checkout. Contact the merchant or travel provider identified on the booking confirmation or payment statement for those matters. For an active disruption, safety issue, visa or entry question, or emergency, use the relevant airline, airport, insurer, government authority, or emergency service rather than this mailbox.
5. Security issues
If you believe you found a vulnerability rather than a normal product problem, use the security reporting route. If you believe your own account is compromised, email with the subject “Urgent account security” and do not include secret credentials.
6. Support contact
[email protected]. This private-test mailbox is not monitored continuously and does not promise a particular response or resolution time.
