Accessibility Statement

Travel discovery should be usable

Flight Outlier is working to make its website and app usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies.

1. Our commitment

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing target for Flight Outlier’s own digital experience. This statement is not a certification that every page, feature, state, or third-party integration currently conforms. The service remains under development through authorized private pre-release testing, and barriers may remain.

When we learn about a barrier, we aim to assess it, prioritize it based on impact, and provide a reasonable way to access the relevant information or function while a fix is developed.

2. Our approach

Accessibility work for the service includes attention to:

Automated tools can help identify issues but do not prove accessibility. Human review and feedback from people using assistive technology are important parts of the process.

3. Report a barrier or request help

If a Flight Outlier page or feature is difficult to use, or if you need information in another accessible format, email [email protected] with the subject “Accessibility request.”

If possible, include:

Do not include passwords, payment information, passport details, or other sensitive information. We will respond as promptly as reasonably possible, may ask clarifying questions, and will try to provide a practical alternative while investigating. There is no charge for accessibility assistance.

4. Third-party travel sites and content

Flight Outlier links to or displays information from airlines, loyalty programs, booking providers, and other third parties. We do not control the accessibility of a separate third-party site, app, document, or checkout. If an external provider presents a barrier, contact that provider for assistance and let us know; where practical, we can help identify another path to the information or consider the issue when selecting and designing integrations.

5. Ongoing work

We review this statement and our accessibility priorities as the service develops. Product changes, browser behavior, and third-party content can create new issues, so feedback is welcome even if a feature worked previously. The date at the top shows when this statement was last revised.

6. Accessibility contact

Email [email protected]. Please tell us the barrier and the outcome you need so we can focus on a useful resolution.
